Jim has built a well respected reputation with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a broker, investor, appraiser, and property tax consultant. He has earned the SRA and MAI designations from the Appraisal Institute. These are considered the highest level of designation for residential and commercial appraisers. Jim is active in the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has served several terms on the Board of Directors. He has also served as the president of  Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC). He has been qualified as an expert witness in several courts of law and much of his appraisal work involves litigation support.

Although he does not offer appraisal services in conjunction with our property tax consulting services, the experience in appraisal work is invaluable to our clients.
